1. Provisions of the Constitution
Answer: Provisions of the Constitution means spelling out different aspects related to the governance of a State (country). These include:
• Provisions regarding the citizenship and the rights of the citizens.
• Provisions related to powers of the government and the restrictions thereon.
• Provisions relating to the relationship between the citizens and the government.
• Provisions related to elections.
 2: Constitution Day
Every year 26th November is observed as the Constitution Day in India. This is due to the fact that the Constituent Assembly had enacted and adopted the Constitution of India on 26th November, 1949.

1: Why was a Constituent Assembly established?
Answer : • The leaders of the freedom movement insisted that independent India will not be governed by the laws made by the British government.
• They insisted that independent India will be governed by the laws made by the people of India. Therefore, to prepare a constitution for independent India, the Constituent Assembly was established.

 2: Why is Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar called the 'Architect of the Indian Constitution'?
• Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar was the Chairman of the Drafting Committee.
• He had studied the constitutions of many countries in depth and drafted our constitution.
• He presented the draft constitution before the Constituent Assembly.
• It was discussed Article by Article, and various amendments were suggested.
• He systematically answered the issues raised and made the required changes in the draft.
• He carefully made every provision of the constitution flawless.
Conclusion: Due to his monumental contributions in making the constitution, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar is honored with the title 'Architect of the Indian Constitution'.
3: What is included in the administration of a country?
• The Government has to make laws relating to several subjects, such as defending boundaries, protecting people from external aggression, eradication of poverty, creating employment, education and health services, encouragement to commerce and industries, protection of weaker sections, and making policies for the progress of women, children, and tribal people.
• The Government must bring about desirable changes in society by effectively implementing these laws.
• In short, governments in modern times have to take decisions related to different issues right from space research to public cleanliness. This complete framework is known as governance or administration.

Answer :1. Government has to function within a set of rules. This reduces the possibility of the misuse of the power and authority they have been given.
2. A Constitution includes the rights and freedoms of the citizens. Government cannot take away these rights. Therefore, people’s rights and freedoms are safeguarded.
