Ans: Fruits and vegetables, especially their skin, whole grains and pulses are all sources of fibre in our diet.

Ans: The energy providing food constituents to our body i.e. starch, sugar, and fibre are carbohydrates.

Ans: If a person's diet lacks some constituents over a long period of time,that person doesn't get proper nourishment. This is known as malnutrition.
